Privacy Policy

Who we are. Parolix is a word-puzzle game. There is no user account and no login required to play.

Data we do NOT collect

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. We have no server that stores your personal data.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress — coins, records, completed puzzles, skill upgrades, daily-reward streak and settings — is saved locally on your device. It may be included in your device's system backup (iCloud / Google) or, if you enable cloud save, in a pseudonymous record identified only by an anonymous ID.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple and Google and managed through RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment details. RevenueCat processes a pseudonymous identifier to validate purchases.

Advertising

We show ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), a mediation service that may serve ads from partner networks — currently Unity Ads and, when re-enabled, Google AdMob. These partners may process device identifiers (advertising ID / IDFA), coarse location derived from IP address, and ad interaction data in order to deliver and measure ads.

Personalized ads and your choice. On iOS, if you decline tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt, we do not ask you for advertising consent at all: no advertising identifier is used to track you and only non-personalized ads are shown. In the EU/EEA/UK a consent prompt is shown to users who have allowed tracking, and you can change your choice at any time from your device settings. On Android, personalized ads follow your consent choice and the "opt out of Ads Personalisation" setting of your device. Partner privacy policies: Unity, Google. The "Double Coins" purchase removes automatic ads.

Notifications

With your permission, the app schedules local reminders on your device. No data leaves the device to do this; you can turn them off in Settings.

Children

Parolix is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your choices

You can clear all locally stored data by deleting the app, and manage ad/tracking and notification permissions in your device settings.

Data deletion requests / Richiesta di eliminazione dati

Parolix — to request deletion of your data, email medrihanlucian@gmail.com from within the app (Settings → Support) or directly, including your leaderboard username. We will delete your cloud save and leaderboard entries (anonymous ID, username, scores) within 30 days. Data stored locally on your device is removed immediately by uninstalling the app. Purchase records are retained by Apple/Google per their policies.

IT: per richiedere l'eliminazione dei tuoi dati scrivi a medrihanlucian@gmail.com indicando il tuo nome in classifica. Elimineremo salvataggio cloud e voci di classifica (ID anonimo, username, punteggi) entro 30 giorni. I dati locali si eliminano disinstallando l'app.
