1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Parolix you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Parolix for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
3. Virtual items & currency
Coins, upgrades and other virtual items have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Virtual coins are stored on your device and may be lost if the app is uninstalled or data is cleared without a backup.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases are sold and processed by Apple or Google under their terms; refunds are handled by them. Non-consumable purchases (e.g. "Double Coins", which also removes automatic ads) can be restored via "Restore Purchases".
5. Advertising
The app may display third-party ads (Google AdMob), governed by the advertiser's and Google's terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, tamper with, reverse-engineer, or exploit the app, nor use it unlawfully or in a way that harms others or the service.
7. Disclaimer & liability
Parolix is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of virtual items or progress.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
